Bob Cain is a Hornby Island resident who takes pictures and maintains a website. The picture above was taken in 1986 and is called "Mushroom Beach," which I believe is in Helliwell Park. The picture below was taken in 1979 at the Vancouver Art Gallery exhibition opening of Hornby Island resident Jerry Pethick, and features Hornby Island residents Darlene and Jeffrey Rubinoff. The painting to the right of Rubinoff's elbow is by non-Hornby Island resident William Featherstone and is called Les Enfants Du Paradee (1979).
